“My fondest memory is waking up in the morning and taking an early walk around the neighborhood. I would see the little bunnies that are probably eating some of your veggies, those wild turkeys that roam the golf course and neighborhood and the hummingbirds! I didn’t need an alarm clock the birds woke me each morning. The apartment was more than adequate and it was comfortable and quaint. I slept through the night because the mattress was cushioned and supportive. Because of the windows and doors there was a nice, cool breeze that passed through the room (only one week did I need the A/C). Having a spacious backyard, complete with flowers, vegetables and rock waterfall became my favorite afternoon spot to finish my reading for class.
Your place is the ideal location. Set on the top of Kimberly, what I consider to be one of the most beautiful streets in Asheville, I felt like I was a part of the neighborhood. I loved the diversity, the unique homes and landscapes and I do want to come back and rent again. Downtown Asheville was less than a five minute drive from your place.”
