The Little Sister Rates 2011 $95/night or $600/week, $1600/month Winter 2012 rates: $80/night, $475/week, $1200/monthA 3 night minimum stay is required for the Urban Nest (2 nights for Little Sister), though sometimes a 2 night rental stay is offered depending on availability. Anything less than 3 days has a $55 cleaning fee added which is included in longer stays. We accept checks, Visa and Master Card. Please call Lynne Harty with questions at (828)777-7073. House rules: This is a no smoking building and there are a maximum of four persons allowed unless permission has been given by Lynne for more people. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. There is not a phone in the unit but cell service is strong in the downtown area. This is a quiet building with mostly full time residents so please keep the noise level down. Credit cards may be used to hold as damage deposits – with checks a $200 security deposit is added. If pets have been in the condo or Little Sister, or if anyone has been smoking in the unit, the $200 damages deposit will be kept. Please do not use patchouli in either unit.
